Sandbox and live

Intro

The product names environments sandbox and live. Authority is the persisted tenant+environment+kind tuple. Hostname, profile, and marker never choose it. A missing selection never chooses live. One public API origin serves both environments. Try It and docs examples use sandbox credentials only. Next: auth and errors.
