When a call fails, keep the public request_id and correlation_id from the envelope. Do not send secrets, PAN, or live credentials to support. Start again from getting started or read the changelog.

403	grant for the `operation_id`
404	public ref format such as `refund_ref`
webhook invalid	exact bytes, `Trepzy-Signature`, 300s skew
